How to order your free care box
Insured persons with care level 1–5 are entitled to consumable care supplies worth up to €42 per month under § 40 (2) SGB XI. PflegeKatze makes ordering as simple as possible – in just 4 steps.
1. Assemble your box
Choose your desired consumable care supplies from our range online. You can freely choose between different products – from disposable gloves to bed protectors and disinfectants.
💡 You can adjust your box at any time – online or by phone. This way you always receive exactly the products you currently need.
2. Enter your details
Provide your personal data, your care level and your care insurance information. The entire process takes only about 2 minutes and is completely digital.
💡 We need: name, address, date of birth, care level (1–5), name of care insurer and insurance number. All data is transmitted encrypted and processed in accordance with GDPR.
3. Submit application
PflegeKatze submits the cost coverage application directly to your care insurer. We handle all communication – from initial application to approval.
💡 As an approved service provider (IK number: 330522476), we have contracts with all care insurers in Germany. Approval usually takes 2–4 weeks.
4. Receive your box
After approval, we deliver your care box every month free of charge directly to your door. Delivery is automatic – you don't need to reorder every month.
💡 You can pause delivery, change the contents or cancel the service at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation period.

How long until my care box arrives?
After approval by the care insurer, you will receive your first care box usually within 5–10 working days. Approval itself usually takes 2–4 weeks.
Do I need to submit the application myself?
No. PflegeKatze handles the complete application and billing with your care insurer.
Can I change the contents of my box?
Yes, you can adjust the contents at any time – simply online or by phone at 02327 369 6240.
Is there a minimum term or cancellation period?
No. You can pause or cancel the service at any time. No minimum term, no cancellation period, no hidden costs.
Which care insurers are accepted?
All care insurers in Germany – whether AOK, TK, BARMER, DAK, IKK, Knappschaft or others.
